Yes, but time is critical since our items are made-to-order.Within 24 hours: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.24–36 hours: Orders may be cancelled for a 50% refund, as materials and production prep have already begun.After 36 hours: Your order is in active production. At this stage, no cancellations or refunds can be accepted.

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection (please review all size charts carefully!), or slight color and design variations due to screen settings. However, if there is a defect in the print or workmanship, you are fully covered by the Wilde Blooms Guarantee.

If your package is damaged in transit, please file a damage report directly with the shipping carrier to request a replacement or refund. If the issue is related to our print quality, please refer to the Wilde Blooms Guarantee.

We stand by our work. Wilde Blooms Products LLC offers a 30-day workmanship and adhesion-quality guarantee on all prints, provided the product care instructions are followed. If it is found that the issue with product is due to workmanship you will receive a new product for replacement of item.
